The Director and managing partner of the Firm, has been practicing commercial law in Mexico for more than 30 years in which has been the head of various legal departments of Mexican conglomerates, coordinating a broad variety of domestic and international legal transactions. Since 1999, he is the managing partner of Colter Carswell & Asociados, S.C.
Sonia Marcela Chapa Salazar
Law School Graduate with a Cum Laude honorific mention from our State University (Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon) holding a Masters'Degree in Corporate Law from the University of Monterrey (UDEM). Since 2004, she has been involved in corporate, foreign investment and international trade legal matters at Colter Carswell & Asociados, S.C.
Felipe Alfredo Gallardo Vallejo
Graduated from Law School at the University of Guanajuato, his legal background includes different areas of law as an independent advisor and since 2013 has been in charge of our corporate legal matters at the Guanajuato office.
John David Colter
Law School Graduate from the University of Monterrey and a holder of a Masters' Degree (LLM) in International Business Law from the University of Southampton, UK. Joined the firm in 2010 and has been involved in multiple international legal transactions of a commercial nature since then.
